After introductions and expressions of welcome and thanks for hosting to the adidas folks at our meeting, we went through the agenda.

We agreed that npGreenway will have a stop in the Bike to the Future ride, which is a benefit for the Coalition for a Livable Future on September 16th.  Tom Knipe, the event organizer expects to have 500 riders participate.  Having postcards that riders can fill out addressed to Metro and the City was suggested. Jason, Scott will work on this.

Adam reported on his meeting with the CLF, Coalition for a Livable Future,  and we decided to join as npGREENWAY, at no cost, for further exposure and support.  Adam will pursue our membership.

Michelle will work on a letter of support from adidas and offered to get more of the vision maps printed. 100 were requested. She will wait till she get receives a revised version from Scott.

Steve offered to do a video of the trail alignment. We have a number of still photos that can be used.

Brian, Lenny and Jason discussed a walk to the river from adidas and a bike ride for adidas employees to expand the interest at the adidas campus.

All present were urged to go to the June 21st Metro Bond Measure open house and/or go on-line to the Metro website and comment in support of land and trail easement acquisitions for the North Portland Willamette Greenway Trail.

Next regularily scheduled Core Group Meeting is July 3, 7:00 pm at the Kenton Firehouse,  8105 N Brandon
