1. Flexible Funding support- Paul
2. River Plan- Curt brought copies of the proposed plan
Curt and Pam will work on letter for Kenton NA and Land Use Committee which meets Dec 2nd
Curt will draft npGREENWAY response letter
Written comments due Dec 9 to Planning Commission/Bureau of Planning
Dec 9th Planning Commission Public Hearing 6-10 PM 1900 SW 4th Ave, Room 2500 A
3. Bylaws- Curt reminded people of draft he had sent out, discussion on how to avoid rouge group take over and no agreement on dues; Curt will send amended draft bylaws out for additional comments, for a vote on adoption at both evening and morning meetings.
4. New logo update- Lynn has worked with Barbara to design a new logo. Comments were made at the Oct 20 evening meeting and Barbara will incorporate some changes and resend for a decision at both morning and evening meetings.
5. Events
Baltimore Woods walk –joint sponsorship npGreenway and FBW in June-in Green Scenes
Solve request for trail clean up-Willamette Cove or Swan Island –decided not to take this on, Francie to respond suggesting PGE contact UP and Metro
6. Grants
National Parks Service technical assistance- rejected
NPNS Small- Picnic for a Trail, submitted for picnic/event at a public space overlooking the river trail summer 2009
7. Other business
Swan Island report from Lenny- Water Bureau is working with Overlook NA for park along NE Going,
River to Lagoon- PDOT project manager selected, Lenny suggests trails with swales with BES funds
Wed Nov 12 11:30-1:00 forced main under Basin Ave discussion at Ports of Call,
Dec 10th, George Lozavoy at Swan Island Business Association meeting
