Outreach
1. We decided to have a public meeting in Jan or Feb and invite Waud Bluff trail planner, Willamette Cove planners.
2. Brochure printing---we have a couple of bids, and voted to spend up to $2,000 for full color for the map and one color for the brochure side printing with up to $100 premium for vegetable ink and recycled paper –environmentally sound printing.
Breen will follow through with printing contacts—either going with one bid or the other to meet the intent of the group.
Michelle will ask adidas if they can print.
Francie will buy plastic display racks.

Government Relations
1. RTP hearings report that 3 of us went to the Nov 1st hearing and 2 were able to speak. Curt plans to attend the Nov 15th hearing. All were encouraged to go on- line (link through the www.npgreenway.org site to metro’s site and make comments in support of the npGreenway trail and a regional multipurpose trail network.
